Processing Times

Certain Providence Streetwear items may be available for pre-order. Pre-orders may occur when an item is sold out, part of an upcoming release, or scheduled for a restock.
When placing a pre-order, payment is collected at checkout to secure your item. By completing your purchase, you authorize Providence Streetwear to charge your selected payment method immediately.
Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production, followed by 1–2 weeks for shipping, depending on your location.
- If you decide you no longer want a pre-ordered item or would like to exchange it, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. To do so, send your order number and request to ContactProvidenceClothing@gmail.com Once your request is approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method. All other non-pre-order purchased products are eligible for store credit only.
- Providence Streetwear is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur due to shipping delays. This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Shipping delays caused by the carrier are out of our control, but we will always try to help if issues come up.

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not able to replace it.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us so we can assist.
